Cancellation Policy & Terms of Trade

- The lesson times selected are reserved especially for you with our professional teachers. As we are busy, lesson times are precious.

- Lessons are a term by term commitment, and can only be cancelled at the end of each term. 2 weeks notice by either email or text is required to cancel lessons.

- We do not credit or refund missed lessons.

- If you arrive late, your lesson will still finish at the allotted time, while the lesson fee remains the same.

- Please respect our time, and if you need to cancel, cancellations must be made by 10am on the day of your lesson (Monday to Friday). However, if your lesson falls on a Saturday, cancellations must be made by 5pm Friday. A makeup lesson will then be organized at a time that suits. Cancellations can be made by phone or text (Text is preferred).

- Lessons missed without adequate notice will be charged for

- Makeup lessons cannot be used as credits for future lessons

- Makeup lessons may be scheduled with any of our qualified teachers
